Joining the United States Army in 1988, Scott served in the Gulf War as a M1 Abrams crewman.  

While serving in the Army on active duty for 4 years Scott was stationed at Fort Knox, KY; for his basic training where he was certified as an Armor crewman on the M1 Abrams tank.  After completing his training he was stationed in  Amberg, Germany with Iron Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Armored Calvary Regiment. During his tour in Germany he patrolled 191km of the Czechoslovakian border before the fall of the Iron Curtain, and partook in training exercises at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels.  He was deployed from Germany to the Gulf War where he and his unit engaged with the Iraqi Army to include Saddam's Republican Guard.  Scott was then stationed at Fort Riley, KS (1st Infantry Division - The Big Red One) where he completed his service in the Army.

Prior to his enlistment while earning his electronic certificate from Peabody Veterans Memorial High school he worked for Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery where his passion for landscaping began.  Since then he's worn many hats and many pairs of gloves.  He is dedicated and takes pride in his attention to detail for every job, regardless of the size or scope of the project.
